Identify Needs
- Does your institution wish to improve Financial Responsibility Ratio Scores used by the U.S. Department of Education to determine your eligibility conditions for participating in Title IV Student Financial Aid Programs?
- Have audits, program reviews, or internal reports indicated your institution has encountered problems during some prior or current period in reconciling records and/or reports involving Title IV expenditures?
- Has the institution had any program funds go unspent, and/or students not paid the amount of their full eligibility in recent years due to funding issues?
- Has your institution been notified of an impending program review, or do you expect to be notified in the near future (next 12 months)?
- Is the institution currently involved in a program review and or audit findings dispute that could lead to some potential liability?
- Is the institution uncertain of the possibility it has to recover funds from some aspects of it's past operations, and would like to remove that uncertainty and recover whatever funding that is still available?
- Are reimbursement related problems causing late award payments, and large student receivables that are a problem for both the institution and the student?
- Is there any other aspect of the institution's financial aid program that needs special attention?
